"The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However the prescription is too strong, they give me a headache. I should have gotten the bifocals apparently. The only way I can read my phone is if I push through glasses all the way to the end of my nose. I don't have that problem with my $15 Zenni glasses with a 5-year-old prescription. A waste of $280. Edit: I received a phone call 3 days after making this review from Walmart vision center. Letting me know that if I had let them know within 30 days of getting the glasses, they would have been able to help me but it has been 9 months and there's nothing they can do at this point."
"My husband broke her arm on his glasses after we had left our hometown. We stopped at the Lebanon, Oregon, Walmart, and talked to Kelly at the vision center. She was so awesome that she made a make shift arm for his glasses to get him through a few days. Highly recommend them. So accommodating and she didn’t even charge us anything."
"These women were wonderful! They were warm, friendly, and very helpful. I tried on about 50 pairs of glasses, still didn’t buy any, but these women were incredibly patient and even had lovely humor. I don’t leave comments/reviews ever, but they asked and Id like to give back to them. These ladies were a treat to be around today. The Dr who did my eye exam has a very interesting work history and has deep insight into trauma and vision therapy. Lovely visit all around. Id be happy to go back."
