"Awful experience with Dr. “Bob” Robert Michael. Brought my (niece) foster baby in for a well-child check under direct instructions through the state to NOT allow her to be vaccinated; after this doctor has done so twice without consent or documentation to do so. Keep in mind, she is currently battling a cold. He tried to intimidate me to allow him to give her shots, and told me I could not leave without her getting another round of her shots. Luckily I am very strong and I stood up for this baby girl, and left regardless. Prior to leaving, he tried to tell me I would be responsible if she gets a disease that takes her life; meanwhile I am doing what was instructed by her case manager through the state, and an entire care team for her! Very scary situation being told you cannot leave a facility like that."

"Love Dr Kosmala, she’s always so amazing with my son and easy to communicate any issues or questions over mychart."

"To schedule ONE appt it took THREE people, and being put on hold FOUR times and being on the phone for TWENTY mins….all for a simple well child check. Hopefully I can update this when/if I receive better service. Ya’ll, it got WORSE! I had my appt for my son. I scheduled my next two appts in advance. They handed me two reminder cards with the future dates. Because my hands were quite full carrying my baby and bags, I didn’t think I needed to CHECK the appt reminder card they had JUST handed me. Two months later (now, winter time) I look at the reminder cards, the date and time is what I verbally agreed upon (later, spring time) but for unknown reasons it is not my son’s name nor the doctor we met with last time. Given the sloppiness of their phone system, I decided to preemptively call to clarify and see why there was this mistake on my reminder card. I called and apparently they did NOT have the appt scheduled for my son. Good thing I had the gumption to call in advance to clarify their on mistake. I would be livid to schedule my appt several months in advance only to show up and be told I didn’t have an appt based on their mistake. I don’t know where the disconnect is with the scheduling department or the front desk services. I did not experience this at my previous pediatrician’s office. It is this inefficient system that earns them two stars."

"The apathy, indifference, ignorance of medical staff here is astounding. Not that this differs from most Samaritan facilities. They can treat a cut on the finger or mild strep throat. ANYTHING else and they are dumbstruck and more than happy to do absolutely nothing to assist you. Seriously. They will perform acrobatics in order to do the LEAST amount possible. Go elsewhere. You won't get care here."

"Save your sanity and don’t go here for care , during my first pregnancy with my son I felt neglected. My child birth experience was truly traumatic. The OB who was on call wouldn’t listen to me and pushed for a c section . During my second pregnancy I decided to switch half way . Dr . Toth made me extremely uncomfortable and made remarks that were not needed . I made a complaint and he got a slap on the hand . They pushed my appointments so far out . I would call about questions and wouldn’t get a call back . The nurses were extremely rude . Also gave me a drug test without consent ? They don’t care about your health or babies please avoid"
