"They don't care about you as a patient, they only care about the money. I asked for a call to explain what my tests say and to find out what was going on and I never got one call. Switching doctors for sure I would rather drive to Corvallis and spend money on gas just to actually feel like I matter as a patient."

"This clinic is all about making money rather than caring for their patients. This is why it is so important for you to cancel your appointments or it's '3 strikes' your out. "This is your body and you get to choose how you want to take care of it." Is what my doctor tells me, but that is not always the case. I called today, early morning, asking if the front desk could get my doctor to prescribed my medication, since my appointment is not till next month. She sent a note back with a "high priority". I never got a call back, called the pharmacy, and they said I had nothing filled by my doctor. I also called the "on call after hours" and the nurse said this clinic does not do any prescription filling after hours. Thanks for caring and all the help."

"Not worthy of the one star. Out of all the medical offices I’ve ever been to, I have never been somewhere that made me feel like they literally couldn’t care less until I came here. What a mistake. The front office staff is incredibly rude, and the nurses/assistants do not care to call you back. Everything is fine and dandy until you actually need help. The doctor that I saw ran test after test with no explanation and no answers. No follow up. Nothing. My experience at the Corvallis clinic has been a night and day difference. Do yourself a favor and make the drive, it’s worth it."
