"I stumbled into this shop randomly because I spotted a cute puppy outside hanging out (the puppy belongs to the store). I had been having some issues with an electric bicycle attachment for my wheelchair and popped inside to ask if they might be able to help at all (I'd already tried to fix it earlier in the day at home and was unsuccessful). They were very happy to help and worked on a few different aspects to tune up my electric bike attachment and it is working fantastic now!! I am so grateful I stumbled on this place and would highly recommend it! Very friendly and knowledgeable"
"I purchased my bike online and assembled it myself, but I stopped by Electric Avenue Corvallis for a professional safety check before I took to the roads. Johnny went above and beyond the check and helped me adjust my seat height and angle, which would have taken me significantly more time and effort alone. The store is clean and welcoming, with nicely arranged products and a functional space for bike work as well. Quick, easy, and friendly -- I recommend this shop without reservation. "Electric bikes have become an uncomfortable and uncontrollably saturated market. It's hard to come by reputable dealers who are knowledgeable, honest and customer first. Luckily for me, I stumbled upon Electric Avenue Corvallis. They were able to easily facilitate delivery and online help even though I don't live in Oregon. We got 2 Velotric T1 ST's from them and are loving every ride! Despite there being countless options in NYC to choose from, I would go nowhere else for expert opinions, fair prices and straight up honesty.
