"I will be switching banks due to absolutely abhorrent service from Oregonians for a car loan. Advise against for car loans! I have now gone into the branch twice to set up automatic payments, and yet, I am still getting letters and calls saying I am past due. The collectors that call apparently can't see any details on my account so they are incredibly unhelpful. And of course, no one answers the phone at the branch, which will now force me to go in-person for a third time to find out why a simple auto-payment has still not managed to be set up properly."
