"Idk what it is... Something about banking institutions in Fred Meyer (used to work for em).... But so far, my two most favorite banks have been inside of Fred Meyer- OnPoint hasn't disappointed yet and the staff here are quick, professional, and super courteous. The credit union itself is extremely user friendly and it was a super easy process to get set up. I recommend them to anyone looking to set up an account with a credit union. "I used to really like this bank, but they have become just like all the other big boys that treat you like a number instead of a customer. I will be searching for a new COMMUNITY credit union that will actually serve my needs and allow me to access my funds in the form I want. These companies have gotten ridiculous."
"Every time I go into an Onpoint branch, something comes up. Some of the tellers are great, but overall, they don't know what they are doing. If you talk to management they treat you like a child. My partner was there to witness this today. I'm going to pull all my funds and close my accounts. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years, but I'm done."
"I don't normally review places but I am new to credit unions and feel like this is worth passing on since this is a new location. I went into the credit union to do some business where I was immediately greeted before I even made it all the way in the door. One of my transactions required a manager, I was helped by Karmen who was awesome and helped me with the transaction. Karmen was wonderful. My whole encounter, the entire time I was there was perfect! You can tell when people enjoy where they work by how they treat customers; I'm guessing these employees love where they work. I've got my new location right in the area I work and couldn't be happier I made the switch to OnPoint."
