"I had THE WORST tax experience with Bill in Woodburn! This agent was not only NOT knowledgeable about my tax situation, but when he made an error on my taxes and gave me a wrong statement, he said that he will research my situation and will come back to me! He never followed up on the questions I had and if I didn't know anything about taxes and blindly trusted him, I would have mistakenly overpaid over $3,000 in taxes! He has no knowledge, no expertise, no professionalism and should not be doing taxes! Do not trust Bill in Woodburn to do your taxes! Ask for another agent or get your taxes done elsewhere!"
