"My experience was so horrible, and it would take forever to explain all the details of how incompetent St. Helens Ford is. Which they are not even Ford any longer. Do not buy any warranties from them. Not only does an ACTUAL Ford dealership not accept what they sold my son for over 2 thousand dollars. When he called St. Helen's Ford for help. He was treated rudely again, and he talked to him like he was stupid. I followed up to get information of the warranty and no responses. We should have walked away in the beginning. Now, months later I am still dealing with their incompetency. I received 2 passenger registration cards with different odometer readings and dates! I didn't post a review months ago when I was dealing with them, but this is now ridiculous. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT support this dealership."

"Update: After a bunch of negative feedback St Helens Ford called to offer us the truck at our original agreed upon price. We declined their offer for two reasons. First we did not feel comfortable doing business with them after they were dishonest with us. Second they could not guarantee we would receive a $2750 rebate from Ford that we were eligible for (not entirely their fault, though they claimed to have been working on it for weeks). — Please avoid doing business with St Helens Ford. My wife and I custom ordered a Ford Maverick in October of 2021 and received verbal and written assurance that the vehicle would be sold to us at MSRP when it arrived, and made a $500 deposit for our order. Now 15 months later our Maverick has finally been built and is at the dealership to pick up. BUT St Helens Ford will not honor their word and demanded we pay $5,000 over MSRP to take our vehicle home. We refused to pay over the agreed upon price when we ordered the vehicle and walked away. Unfortunately St Helens Ford is showing themselves to be one of those car dealers that lacks honesty and integrity, please avoid doing business with them."

"I never write reviews but this experience definitely deserves a my time. We went to St. Helens Ford to look at this Jeep on a whim and ended up purchasing it the next day. The entire experience was seamless and low stress. We have purchased many vehicles in the past from other dealerships, it’s always completely stressful, the smoke, mirrors and lies, never failed, sitting in the dealership for hours, frustrated. We just had a horrible experience working with another dealership (in Longview) which lead us to St. Helens Ford. EVERYONE from our sales guy Tony to the manager Andrew and William walking us thru the paperwork was so kind, easy going and fun to work with. This is the exact definition of a family owned small town dealership, they really showed they cared about us. They are so much more than a car lot, they have service and detailing as well and make you feel like You are part of their Ford family, they took very good car of us from start to finish and we are so happy with our buying experience.
