"Spencer Lund and his team provide exceptional, personalized service. He always keeps me aware of my insurance options, but never pushes anything on me (i.e., there's never a hard sell). He checks in on me regularly to make sure our needs our being met. Earlier this year our car got flooded and totaled. I filed a claim with Farmers, and it wasn't long before Spencer called me to check in. To be clear, he is not an adjuster, and it was not his job to handle my claim. He just saw that the claim was filed and wanted to make sure that we were OK and understood what to expect during the claim process.
