"Yesinia is a B!+*h; I called the court for clarification on a restraining order that I helped a developmentally disabled client fill out as the protected party, the court referred me to Albany Oregon legal aid services, I called them and yesinia was rude, arrogant and ignorant of the law and basic respectful etiquette. She is playing "God" & refused to let me speak to anyone who has a higher education than her special education level GED & gave me no option to get the information & told me that my question that I said was "basic" and she responded "Is it really though" & I asked her if she was I'll equipped to answer my question if I could speak with an attorney (seems who legal aid services are funded by MY tax dollars!!) She replied "Umm (sigh) Noooo" when I asked her "so wait a minute, so you are the gate keeper & of you don't think I have a good enough reason to speak to an attorney, your just going to shut me down" she essentially said yes. Thomas Hernandez was here at one time and he lamented to me about her and her "lack of empathy and professionalism" now apparently he's gone and so is any resources for anyone this entitled little b decides not to help. Go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT LEGAL AID SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION; maybe when they lose this B they can actually help the people who they're supposed to provide legal services to!!!"
