"I just recently closed on selling my house. It had some challenges involved because of a tax lien due to taxes I owed. Brittany went above and beyond to assure we were able to close on the closing date. I think she spent about 5 hours total trying to get payoff amount from IRS(which I don't get, they want their money, but you can't get ahold of them to get it to them :)), and then follow up on getting it because they didn't send in a timely manner. "I would give a( -*) if I could. We were pushed through like cattle. This company managed to make a huge mistake on our home loan that could have cost the deal (at the very end) and we got some complimentary pens! Cindy was not professional, she didn't even escort us out when it was all done and rushed through it like she was in a hurry to get home. This was a horrible experience and we would have like to have at the very least been treated with respect and maybe a little remorse for their mistake that almost cost us the deal on our dream property. I would not recommend this title company at all!! (-5 stars)"
