"Store did not comply with state regulations. The "manager" was not wearing a mask while her employees were. The small space was packed FULL. There were circles for "distancing" but it was not enforced. The "manager" was rude to the customers before me, and was seemingly very impatient. I was VERY uncomfortable with my experience. I felt that the staff had little regard for my safety."

"None of the 3 employees were wearing masks. Regardless of opinion, it is a state requirement in businesses. Made my daughter and me extremely uncomfortable. We were the only ones in there, ignored for first 4 minutes, told 2 times by 2 different people that they would be right with me. Waited 5 more. Still the only people in there. They were talking and laughing. I was very disappointed, felt like an imposition, not a customer. Very strange."

"They first off told me they couldn't ship my envelopes and then suggested other businesses. Then they tried to give me postage for my envelopes, didn't have enough. THEN I got to the USPS to ship the envelopes and they told me the shipping store told me I needed the wrong amount of postage. Going to this store was stressful, expensive, and took me longer. NEVER go here unless you want to end up angry and out of more money."

"Went to ship packages today and was refused service and harassed by the owner for leaving a 1 star review. First off, I am entitled to my opinion. That's what a review is for and second, I never left him a 1 star review until now. I previously shipped a VCR that arrived to my customer with peanuts on the inside and it was ruined. Owner refused to compensate me for the damaged item. This is honestly the worst place for customer service. See previous reviews. I'm surprised they are in business. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. ....Oh Bill, I think all your reviews speak for your poor quality in customer service. I highly recommend people go elsewhere for their shipping needs."
