"Ordered delivery through the app. App said, 1 hour delivery time. We didn’t receive our food until two and a half hours later. I called the store after an hour and a half, asking about the progress of my order and the employee told me the system automatically prioritizes carry out over delivery. I asked how much longer, which he told me my food was in the oven and would be ready to be delivered in 8-10 minutes. I waited an additional hour after that and my home was only 5 min away from the restaurant. Over two hours it took to receive my food. Then I get overcooked pasta and burnt breadsticks. Never going back!"
"The manager is rude unprofessional employee who doesn’t care about the customers issues. I ordered a big order and they left my food outside, never knocked on my door and didn’t even call me! I called to get a refund because my food was cold not to mention it’s 38 degrees outside so my food is definitely cold! I called and one employee said they called me but I never received a phone and said they knocked but they didn’t so that mean the woman didn’t even know and she lied to me and then when I told the manager about the issue he pretty much ask me a question and interrupt me in mid sentence and made it like I was the problem which I don’t think I was in the wrong smh this place is horrible and I’ll never get Pizza Hut again this definitely ruined my love for pizza hit and to mention I been a loyal customer for a very long time"
"Pizza was cold and looked and tasted like day old pizza that was left out. Crust tasted like cardboard. We just ended up throwing it out as it was not edible. To say it was awful is an understatement. And I literally live just a few blocks away so there was no reason to get old,cold pizza."
"This location's white sauce is always runny and makes SUCH a mess! The pizza was floppy and definitely not cooked long enough... It's worth the drive to the Eugene... We have NEVER had a problem with the Broadway location. Very disappointed..."
"I ordered a large pizza that we designed ourselves in the "Create Your Own" portion of the app. It was absolutely delicious and we got the boneless wings for $5.00. They were also extremely delicious! The delivery person was very fast and efficient while still providing customer service as it should be!"
