Denny's

"My friends and I stop here for a bite to eat. We chose the bar to sit at. While sitting and ordering my food, it appeared the waitress was more interested in the gentleman at the end of the bar. I order a coffee to begin with and express to the waitress I use a lot of creamers. I request an abundance so she won't have to make a lot of trips. I get a bowl with 9 creamers and state that won't be enough, maybe for one, as I use 7... the so-called gentleman at the end of the bar decides he needs to take 3 out of my bowl. What?! Why are you reaching into my bowl for creamer when you don't even have coffee? Waitress giggles and informs him she would've gotten him some had he asked...Ok, noted. Then, I order my food. When it comes, I don't see much gravy on my meal and bring it to the waitress's attention; only to be told, "I see some on there, did you want me to get you extra?" I chose not to argue about what she "sees" and instead just state extra will be fine. The so-called gentleman at the end of the bar decides he too now needs extra gravy...for what you ask? Not for anything he ordered. So, the two extra gravy dishes come out with mine considerably smaller than his. Fine. I will never go back to this place because of her. Not the guy because they'll be...interesting at times...but her, because she was amused and accommodating to his ignorance. My coffee sat empty for quite a time while she assisted the so-called gentleman at the end, when she finally noticed and filled it I had no creamer left, my empty creamer bowl was sitting right next to my empty coffee cup with no changes and no refill on creamer as promised, no suggestion that any will be added to the empty bowl, no indication that my need for creamer would be addressed as she was too busy with someone else. The one that took my creamer from my bowl in the first place...sigh. Needless to say, I'll never return. First impressions are everything, and this one was terrible."

"I was visiting from out of town and it was great being walking distance from my hotel. It has a little bar which I loved! It has some slot machines and they have themed karaoke (which I didn't get to see, but I'm sure it was fun!) on Fridays. I also received a food discount for staying at one of the nearby hotels (ask your server!)."

"So it was a very busy Sunday morning so my food took a little longer than expected. No big deal though because I was there visiting a family member. Anyways, the food was great. Those mozzarella cheesesticks had that pull. The coffee was perfect. She gave us extra creamer. The onion rings were cold so they brought new ones. The atmosphere is probably the nicest Dennys I've ever been to. Many families were there. I say go but if you go on Sunday be prepared for a rush. Including a picture of my sis and that mozzarella pull."

"Our waitress was awesome! She was so sweet and attentive and made sure we got all of our food even if it looked like there was less there. It costs about 10-20$ a person and the wait time is good."

"The food on your plate really does look just like the pictures! Quick service and very friendly staff. I always order more than I need, leaving quite satisfied."
