"Had my PC sent overseas while in the military. Payed for insurance, etc. They said they would guarantee its safety. Once I got to my duty station and received it, my PC was utterly destroyed, and recieved only 1/3 of the cost. It was placed at the bottom of a cardboard box with peanuts not even up to the top. The impact on the steel Chassis side indicated an extreme force to do such damage with no adequate protection."

"Save yourself a headache and go to the shipping store in Waldport. Came in to drop off some amazon UPS packages and was told that they are not an authorized UPS store. Strange because... their sign says they are? I was told the closest UPS was in Eugene, 2 hours away, which is... also not true, there’s one in Newport. And then he said he would ship my stuff if I paid $2 for him to print the label. If they charge $2 to print one piece of paper, that’s highway robbery... And now that I got an underwhelming passive aggressive response from the management, I really do hope no one ever comes here. They spent more time writing a mid-grade dis than actually helping me. "We stayed in Florence Or for few weeks and needed to ship and receive some itemS . People that work here are very nice, help is a lot. To receive a package they charge fee of 3$ per box/ envelope. It’s not that bad. When they get item - they will give you a call and you can come pick it up. Very convenient!"
