"when i walked in today, both employees just open mouth gawked at us, didn't come anywhere near the counter to greet us, did not say a word to us. when i asked to return my packages, both of them the same types of packages ive returned to this same location just a few months beforehand with no issues. it was a ups and a usps, which says right on the google page that they take. they refused us and sent us away. ive never had a more disrespectful interaction before. those two men should be ashamed."

"Terrible customer service. I waited 30monutes for them to open to get a document notarized. The employee says "dude i can't help, i have some packages i need to get out that i jave delayed all week" this is at 9am in the morning and the notary is just one page. So may be it takes 10minutes tops. Never bringing my business here again."
"The guy with long blonde hair was super rude and unhelpful. I waited five minutes to be helped and when it was my turn I explained I just needed to drop off a package labeled already but I’d like a receipt. No eye contact, just mumbled really quickly “yeah well we can’t print out receipts here” and he looked behind me to help the next woman “how can o help you” there was no conclusion to our conversation it was extremely rude. And the best part? No my package is LOST. If you don’t want to risk your package being lost and dealing with this guy go somewhere else idk how he still has a job here."
"I’ve mailed packages and had items notarized at the PostalAnnex+. Every experience has been great! They can even print prepaid carrier labels for you (for a fee) if you don’t have a printer at home. I went recently, and Reed was super helpful. It was his last day, but I appreciate his assistance!"
