"I love the folks here. They helped me one time when I brought in a FedEx package for return; they gave me a weatherproof slip for the postage, and helped me find a FedEx kiosk/location. Every time I've gone in, they treat me like Norm, save for the beverage."
"I arrived 6 minutes before closing, and they locked the door and wouldn’t let me come in to drop something off. The two women just looked at me blankly, waved at me, and then left to the back room. Now I have to come back a second time for a quick drop off."
"As a small business owner, I rely on UPS for printing and shipping. My old UPS was so great and responsive, always able to print marketing materials I needed on the same day. This UPS location has been unresponsive and slow. Called on a Saturday morning about printing and they told me they probably wouldn't be able to print that day but they'd respond to my email. No response so I call back a couple hours later and I'm told the printer is now broken and I should find somewhere else to print. Of course these things happen but I'm more bothered with how they just don't seem to care that issues like this can really negatively impact small businesses."
