"As a small business owner, I rely on UPS for printing and shipping. My old UPS was so great and responsive, always able to print marketing materials I needed on the same day. This UPS location has been unresponsive and slow. Called on a Saturday morning about printing and they told me they probably wouldn't be able to print that day but they'd respond to my email. No response so I call back a couple hours later and I'm told the printer is now broken and I should find somewhere else to print. Of course these things happen but I'm more bothered with how they just don't seem to care that issues like this can really negatively impact small businesses."
