"UPS deliberately did not deliver my package by saying "The apartment number is either missing or incorrect.", and UPS sent my package back to the sender in Texas. My package was sitting in your store for ten days before you sent it back to the sender. According to the tracking information, it says "The apartment number is either missing or incorrect. This may delay delivery. We're attempting to update the address." So, I want to know what have you had done to attempt to update the address. I checked with the sender, they said they had never received any calls or anything from UPS about this issue. Also, UPS should had collected the 'receiver's address' on your system when the sender sent the package in Texas, so I want you to check your history and prove to me if there was really no proper address when the sender sent the package. In our record, there was apartment number on the label. Your initial response was there was no apt number so you had to send it back to the shipper. I see you changed your response to "I'd like to investigate how this transaction was processed." after I brought it up to the UPS headquarter. So, here is the UPDATE after your response: There was an investigation on this shipment, and another one (tracking no. 1Z5V69370303892688) that you changed the label. Your store employee changed the initial shipping label that the shipper created and removed the initial label. You then created and replaced the label with incorrect address, specifically, you removed the apt #. Then, you noticed to the recipient that the package cannot be delivered due to missing apt number. Correct me if I am wrong. I have reported you to the UPS headquarter and they said this case has been recorded and will make sure won't happen again. Also, you opened the package at the UPS store and resealed it before deliver it to me, recipient. I also have reported and claimed package damage to the UPS store and to the shipper. The shipper accepted my claim. Correct me if anything above is incorrect. In your below response you said "Trust and integrity are important to us", then show me. It's not that hard!"
