"I was just dropping some mail to get shipped out per usual,(usually let's me leave it there on the ground so they can scan it) The man who works there came out screaming "hey!! You need to wait in line to scan your package" which is valid. I told him I just need to go turn the car off and when I came back, two other people were behind me. Once he was done with the customer he was worker with, he skipped me and took the other people behind me. The people behind me were so nice and let me go before them. The worker didn't say a word, slapped the receipt on the table and gave me the hand. Such bad service"

"I love Mail House Plus! The staff are excellent, friendly and do their best to work quickly when queues stack up and always have time for a friendly word. The prices are very competitive and the cheapest I've paid for a personal mailbox in the Portland area. I would be suspicious of any critical reviews about personality conflicts as we're in COVID times, many of the services offered here can take time to process (passport photos, fingerprinting, etc) and they are still far superior than almost any interaction I've had at an actual USPS location. Keep up the great work!"
