The staff is knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and helped me step by step in preparing my shipment including looking up all the classification numbers. Basically it's the opposite service of the typical US Post Office. They ship US Postal, FedEx, UPS and DHL so you can choose service level and associated cost."

"8/2023 update: Tracy copied large bundles of documents and magically got them to fit into small-ish pre-stamped envelopes. She was fast, friendly, and very capable. 7/2023: Claudia was wonderful. She copied 4 bundles of documents, helped me keep everything in order, then sealed and taped the large mailer shut in preparation for mailing. The copier machine was incredibly fast, and the copies were only 10 cents each. This is definitely my new go to place for copying. They also have a cute gift section in the front of the store."
