"THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN VOICEMAILS. I spoke with Craig and mentioned that my rate was higher than others and wanted to cancel my policy. He then said that he would see what he could do and get back to me and I thought, why not give him a chance. It has been weeks and no reply to my voicemails and no answer on the phone. AND I just got charged again for insurance that is through the roof. Terrible service, will definitely cancel as soon as I can get ahold of the guy."
