"The WORST customer service experience I've gone through ... nearly IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone at any local office, for two days I have tried to talk with an agent and have repeatedly being passed to the next representative, kept in hold for a long period of time and when someone finally answered just said she was with another customer and will call back took my Phone number and never called back. I have been with Vern Fonk close to 10 years and never had the need to reach out for assistance, when I did; I found they have become so unprofessional."

"Worst experience I have ever had. I have spent 4 days trying to reach a competent employee that could assist me with updating the information on my renter's policy. All they do is transfer me around with no solution. No one seems to have any knowledge on how to make such a simple change. 4 days and about 20 employees that have been poorly trained, could care less of their job, and most importantly give no importance to their costumers. Pretty pathetic experience. We are looking forward to cutting ties with them asap and never go through an agent again. We have nothing good to say about Vern Fonk."

"The constant calling to get my quote started is annoying yes I reached out but you don’t have to call me 10 times in the last two days. I worked with a Karen not sure what her last name was but there wasn’t very many options regarding coverages. It’s almost as if she was new with the amount of questions marks after each statement she made about my coverages. Shopping else where because I prefer for people to be knowledgeable about what they are selling."

"I barely turned 18 this year, I’ve never had to apply for insurance so I didn’t know where to start or what I needed to be able to obtain my license, since I needed an SR-22 and had no what that was. I always heard Vern Fonk advertising on radios and it sounded too good to be true. Well, it’s not! The entire process of getting insured was so easy, I just had to answer questions about myself and my car. I’d really like to thank Damian Lezama, he was super helpful and helped me get my insurance, even though his branch is in Oregon and I’m in Washington. He helped me understand all the fees I’ll initially need to get started and helped me to find the best monthly price possible. He found a price at $164 and still tried to find an even lower policy for even though, considering my age and record, that is an AMAZING price per month. If anyone is able to request an agent to talk to, I would 1000% recommend Damian, especially if you’re like me and don’t have anyone to help you get insurance or don’t even know where to start! I’m glad he’s a branch manager, they definitely know how to let their good employees be able to excel within their company!"
