"Absolutely awful. Incompetent is an insult to those who struggle with incompetence. Do not ever pay this man money to be your insurance agent. He fumbled everything and is never even in his office. "Working from home." What a joke. I wish it could be zero stars. I had a lady hit me in front of his office, called and asked for video footage, and he couldn't be bothered. And then "it wasnt in the cloud anymore." A month later. Never trust this man. He just sits and pretends, and that is when he is actually in his office. His assistant with broken English is more helpful. Do not trust this person, ever. Snake oil at its worst. Complete neglect and incompetence. I can't believe he still has his license."
