"Got the chicken bahn mi & burger. My partner liked his chicken sandwich, but the burger was too undercooked for my liking. It also needed a little bit of salt. It was cold inside unfortunately. I get it, people with good beef want to show it off, and I’m totally fine with a medium / between medium rare and medium burger, but the cold beef burger wasn’t for me. I told them and they said “that’s how we do it”. They did offer a refund so we’ll see if that comes through or not. Maybe a bit overpriced too. The chicken amount was pretty small for a $17 sandwich. Would maybe be back to try other things, but also maybe not."

"Such a delicious, well proportioned, and complete sandwich. My second time coming back and every menu item I’ve tried so far has been great. Interior is clean and cozy. Hours are a bit funky otherwise I’d probably frequent much more often. It’s important to remember this is a butcher shop first and foremost - we’re just lucky enough that they happen to serve great sandwiches on the side."

"Pasture PDX is a butcher that also makes lunch options. Their sandwiches are seriously some of the best sandwiches that I’ve had in the Pacific Northwest. The meat itself is locally sourced and harvested, which makes for a delicious sandwich. This is a great spot to get your meat if you’re a local or to grab a bite if you’re just passing through."

"I was recommended this place by a friend. I walked in and ordered at the counter. I did not like that the menus were online only but I see what some places would operate this way. I ordered the pastrami and had a seat. The man behind the counter brought it to me and the presentation was very good. Plenty of vegetables and meat on a soft on the inside and crunchy edges bread. The sandwich was incredibly juicy and flavorful. I would have liked if it came with chips or some side for the price but the sandwich was still wonderful. If you are in the mood for a flavorful sandwich with quality ingredients, check this spot out!"
