"The manager Jennifer G. was very rude and unprofessional. I had a very unpleasant experience with her. I had asked a question about the application process and she gave me really bad attitude right away. Idk if she was racist or she just plainly hates her job. I do not recommend to schedule a tour with her. If you are looking for a manager that is kind and charismatic this is not the place. I didn't put an application in based on her attitude .It seems like she's the type of female to make problems out of nothing. I feel like they definitely need to hire someone who cares about having a good rapport. I dont know why she's a manager if she cannot do her job the correct way."

"I’m surprised to see negative reviews. The manager Jennifer is responsive, professional, and reasonable. We really like her. The property is well maintained— weekly grounds maintenance, pool is always clean, grounds are always clean. Jennifer even had a tree service here the first day after the ice storm in early 2021 had done major damage. It’s a really nice community to live in and is safe."

"Negative reports because you have choose to be irresponsible with your money so much that it effects your credit score is shameful. Of course no one wants to rent to someone who has a proven track record of NOT paying your bills. Past tenant report are not reliable because you never know if your applicant is related or best friends with the past management. If you have crappy credit, you have no one to blame but yourselves. I would however be concerned about the reported condition of the managers unit."

"I am surprised at the negative comments on this place, as I have had nothing but positive experiences. The prices are absolutely outstanding, the units are huge considering, and everyone who lives in the community is extremely friendly and considerate. Management is wonderful! The one time my dogs dug under the fence and got out, the manager personally came and patched up my fence, returned one of the dogs to the yard, and then called and apologized for bothering me at work, but she couldn't catch the other dog and she wanted to let me know what had happened. That is what I would consider going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
