"I lived there for seven years. The management, Julie and Jackie are exceptional! They are very helpful for any problem. Response time is very fast. Corey, maintenance man who moved to another state sadly, was very helpful. My hot water tank stopped working. I reported it at 10AM and had a new one installed by 2PM same day. I loved living there. The grounds are well kept. The inside is a bit dated but very comfortable. The layout of the building means you only have either an upstairs or a downstairs neighbor, no side to side neighbors. I only moved because I am on a fixed income and was able to get into reduced rent housing! I can’t recommend this place enough! It was delightful and definitely felt like home!"

"My husband and I lived here for 4 years before buying our first home. If it hadn't been for us getting a home we wouldn't have had reason to move. We loved where we lived. The apartments are in a really nice and quiet part of town. The grounds are taken very good care of and are well lit at night. I always felt safe living here, which was really important to me for an apartment. Parking is also really nice. I never had to worry about not having a parking spot available for our second car. I think the pricing for these apartments is reasonable in comparison to other apartment complexes."

"Apartments are clean and presentable upon moving in, black mold does tend to appear in the windowsils but is easily kept under control with some basic housecleaning skills. Management and maintinence are fast, professional, and courteous, fixing building and grounds issues as needed. They've been awesome to work with. No AC built in, window units are prohibited but inside standing units are allowed with the thick walls and windows keeping the electric bill low. The sound insulation is pretty good as well, we hardly ever hear our downstairs or nextdoor neighbors. i5 is 7 minutes away, shopping, groceries and dining/fast food is about the same. I've lived here for over a year and will be here for several more. It's a good place to live, and a great place to call home."

"RENTER'S BEWARE!!!! I lived in this watering hole for less than a year. Worst management, maintenance, and apartment I have ever lived in. The windows are installed improperly and the glass is so thin that the water comes through the cracks, your blinds are dripping wet in the morning, and boat loads of black mold builds up. You tell management and they say you are at fault for showering and cooking. My apartment in the summer and winter was 70% humidity all the time. I would be willing to bet that there is water under the building."

"Clean apartment complex with quick responding staff that is friendly. We never had any problems with the process of moving in or the staff. Other reviews about credit worthiness or pets may be true but each situation needs to be viewed from the perspective that this is a business and the complex is owned by a corporation where rules are set at a corporate level and aren't bent or broken easily. Silly things like you can't back into your parking spot without getting a notice is going to happen. Walls are paper thin for the the 3 bed units so get ready to hear every footstep, door-slam, loud tv, and fire alarm. The complex is pretty safe and never had an issue with cars being broken into. My neighbors were always friendly and the kids play well on the playground. A little expensive for what you get and the "gym" is a joke but all in all a good unit. 3.5 to 4 stars."
