"The worst place you'll ever live. Run by absolute crooks that don't know what words mean. If your lease says "pay by the 5th", and you pay it on the 5th they will argue with you that "pay by the 5th" means you have to pay by the 4th or sooner. How the hell does that make sense? And then they will charge you. They will charge you for every little thing. It doesn't matter how well you document and take pictures on move in or move out. No tenant living there has ever gotten their deposit back. They will find a way to charge you extra nearly every month. If you can't afford to pay an extra couple hundred a month to live in abject squalor, then pick somewhere else. Anywhere else."
"Paul Boykins has a criminal record mostly for crimes against women. He suffocated the mother of his child as well, and was prosecuted for doing so. He’s been trying to get apartments here buts beeen lying about his record and tried to put the apartment in my name. He is a squatter"
"Laundry room is terrible, dirty, tiny washers and they charge $1.50 in quarters for a load of laundry. They will charge you for damages that don't exist at the end of your lease. My apartment was in perfect condition and they want to charge over $1000 for carpet cleaning and paint."
"Stole $2000 from us, claimed we never sent a 30 day notice which was a complete lie, pretty much harassed us the whole time we were living there. Also they don’t have security they just make that up no cameras either my truck got stolen out of the parking lot the first week or 2 after we moved in."
