"I’ve lived here for about 2 months. I feel safe in this community and heard every time I have a request. The rent per square footage is quite affordable. The staff is quite delightful. They keep the property clean and are trying to update. I love the location which is 10 minutes (Driving) from Downtown Gresham & Troutdale. Mt. Hood community college is literally across the street from the property. Aleah is my absolute favorite human in the office! 10/10"
"I have been here for three months now. The staff are amazing. They make me feel at home. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and efficient AND they clean up after themselves. I was shocked."
"Apartments are okay covered in paint but livable. The parking policy is absolutely nonsensical however. Two cars allowed per residence which is fine but you'd think of you pay for a garage that having a third car allowed in the garage would be fine but it is not, and the only area you can park is regularly struck by people siphoning gas or other forms of vandalism."
"I have a friend on a fixed income that lives here and they receive money from disability checks due to serious health problems (wartime injuries). In these trying times I was appalled by the 10 DAY rental increase notice. This notice has shocked their family to the core and possible put them into a financial crisis (again)… this is COMPLETELY unacceptable. : : : : : : UPDATE: Tried to contact the office at 12:17am after awaking from a food coma. NO ANSWER as to be expected. The level of chicanery is appalling."
"For having such a beautiful updated pool and lounge area. IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED. EVEN WHEN IT WAS 100 DEGREES OUT VERY FRUSTRATING. This pool is closed more than it is open. This for some people would be a deal breaker for moving in so just a heads up. Also we were informed by other angry tenants, that the pool is closed on weekends, indefinitely. Isn't that when people don't work and like to enjoy pools the most?"
