"Don't let the pretty images of the place fool you. I have rarely ever seen them do landscaping beyond very basic upkeep. Most of the hedge patches are dried up and dead, just full of dirt, the areas behind the apartments are mossy, but mostly filled with rocks, and many of our doors were off balance and would not close properly, if at all, the lower tracks for the closet doors are gone. There have been four different managers in a little over three years, and at least one of them was kind of rude. Thankfully, we did not have much reason to deal with them. I miss the first two we had. They were at least nice and tried to handle problems we encountered. Be careful too what you do. We have been charged for someone else's dumped trash that could have been solved by literally throwing it in the trash dumpster nearby, but they would not let us do that once the charges were applied to our account, we could have solved it for them, no removal service needed. We were told the seal on our refrigerator was not broken when we noticed our fridge wasn't staying as cool, and I found the spot myself where it is literally coming off the bottom of the door. Nothing was done about the repair request. Many of the windows when we moved in were missing their bug screens and we had to buy new ones. Our ceiling has water damage from a resident that was above us and nothing was ever done about it despite them knowing about it. Our outside call box phone has never worked, and the faux fire place does not produce heat like it is supposed to. It used to light up, but when asked to repair it, all they did was disable the lights, so it doesn't even do that now. The outside gates are always broken and serve little to no purpose, the hallways in the main entry never seem to get cleaned. The photos look nice, but they don't tell the whole story, and the price of the units are not really worth what they are asking. Our two bedroom is tiny, and the space usage is poorly arranged. Also, not a nice neighborhood to live in. There is very little in the area that can be walked to, the road up the street to the 7/11 is falling apart and three way intersection to get to the store is super dangerous. People do not look before they fly around the corner and we have almost been hit a few times. There are surly homeless who break in pretty regularly, and the stores just down the street from us have been robbed several times."

"The manager is horrible to my husband always talks down to him and super rude right off the bat she has no customer service what so ever guess they let any kind of person be a manager. can't wait to move out!"

"Terrible place to live. Nothing but ignorant neighbors throwing trash everywhere and apt cruiser manager that does nothing but tape notices on your door. Can't wait to escape the ghetto!"

"I only have twI stars because my best friend lives here ... I use to and it wasn't great then again the people around made it unpleasant the most . I just wouldn't recommend living here manager is nice but super unprofessional and will judge you with out even really knowing you"
