Homewood Suites by Hilton Portland Airport

"Over night person SHARON (sorry if I misspelled your name) but she was / is the sweetest woman ever I myself am a truck driver every hotel was booked out my company found this hotel booked last min and we was able to get a room here !! I came in she was welcoming she must’ve seen how wore out I was this gesture she made might be something small to her but it was BIG to me she checked me in fast immediately offered me some fruit and whatever she could find me to eat it was sweet because what she didn’t know is I haven’t ate in over 12 hours I was stuck in the snow for hours in the rental car I was drained so coming into this hotel and meeting a person like Sharon MADE MY NIGHT AFTER HAVING A HORRIBLE DAY if I ever have to come some where and be stranded again I would definitely pick this place please if you don’t do anything Sharon continue to be a sweet genuine compassionate person ….I went to other hotels before this alot of rude front desk people but not Sharon I can’t thank her enough I was able to eat my fruit shower and sleep peacefully but I thought about leaving this review all night some people never know how their interactions might affect or help a person so I pray she see this and smile big cause I definitely did"

"We had a wonderful stay for the holidays. This was actually our second visit. The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is wonderful. A special thank you to Cash for cooking a great breakfast and Jimmy for fixing a minor issue in our room"

"This hotel is great! It’s in a good location and close to the airport. They do a free airport shuttle. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have kitchens in the rooms. Their breakfast is awesome. They change it up everyday with many options to choose from. There is plenty of seating in the lobby. They also have some nice outdoor seating. The pool is nice. They also have grills outside to bbq. I recommend this hotel."

"My family and I checked into the hotel, and my first night was wonderful with no problems. My son checked into the hotel the next day with twin 18-month-old babies. They were told that they would provide two portable cribs for their stay. They only had one and didn't have sheets for the crib. I'm very disappointed with my son's room problems. They were told on the phone that they had cribs. Thank God they brought one with them just in case this would happen. Do better, guys!!!!!"

"Customer service is impeccable, everyone on staff including the maid do a thorough job. Neighborhood is safe and the shuttle service is a big plus when running errands. I would stay here any time I visit. The pool is clean and in its own private building and they have fun socials with beer and wine on Wednesdays. The free breakfast was awesome and if you need to cook anything on a whim you can buy snacks and meals conveniently at the front desk."
