"If you are moving into this apartment with roommates, I highly suggest staying away. My roommate decided to move out at the end of the lease, and I could not renew the lease because the 'original tenant' had to always be on the lease. So I was forced to move out of my home. I pleaded with the manager to let me sign a new separate lease on my own (I completely qualify on my own). She declined and she even offered me a 1 bedroom apartment that was more expensive than my 2 bedroom apartment I was renting. They will do what they can to kick you out and raise the rent. If you are looking for parking, good luck. There are cars that have been in visitor spots unmoved for over a month. Even after they've been reported, nothing happens. Sometimes they'll send out flyers about parking, but have never had a tow truck called to remove unmoved, non functioning cars. The apartment manager will also most likely assign your parking spot to someone who is also assigned to the same spot. There's also tenants who own their own painting business, and love to use the dumpster to dispose of their paint. So you will find the entire complex parking spots, dumpsters, and public areas splattered in white paint. The apartment itself was nice, but don't move here with roommates, or if you have a car."

"Really disappointed in the level of service. Loved what I was shown. I had several questions all relating to making sure the size and layout was the same since they were still "working on" my unit but wanted me to sign the lease before it was ready. HUGE MISTAKE and I am kicking myself because I knew better. Go figure that this was a complete fabrication. When I mentioned this I was told I was incorrect. I made mention to the fact it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned or worked on prior to my move in and that I had taken photos and videos of both units so I knew they were not the same at all. I was met with being told I was wrong and they had a great team; basically that I was a liar. I tried very hard to stay calm and respectful but who wants to do that when being called a liar? I had to ask about 5 times to leave the conversation as it was upsetting and I would have prefered not to speak about the situation further in that moment. I now unfortunately have to live here with management I fell uncomfortable with, to top off everything. Be very careful when coming here, make sure you're seeing the actual unit you will be renting to avoid any disappointment and being told you're a liar!"

"We automatically liked our apartment when it was shown to us. When we first it was hectic because we didn’t really know what our parking space was and we kept getting booed out by other resident saying it was their spot. Finally, after the third or 4th time We got our spot. The manager was very apologetic about grand mix up, and they gave us a $100 Concession for our next month’s rent. That was very nice of them. Both Nicole(manager) and Scott (maint tech ) have been compliant with us however we are are still working out all the quirks of our apartment. Scott has basically come thru for all of our maint request. He’s truly a gem. Thanks Silver Bells, we really like a our spacious 2x2 and the fact we don’t have to pay for parking is nice. It all kinda levels out. For the most part we really like living at silver bells."
