"Some super conscientious tenant in this apartment has a dog that starts barking it’s brain-dead little head off at dawn and it will. not. stop. It’s like Chinese water torture. It drives the neighborhood nuts and no one seems to do anything about it."

"We lived here over 2 years. Yes parking is limited for visitors. But we always made it work. Unless you have a ton of cars or people coming and going. Management is the best we've ever encountered and leaving was hard because of that. But we moved out of state and for many reasons, but living here was not one of them. Never had issues with neighbors, very friendly environment and safe. There is a little park in the middle for children and pets, we used it a lot. It's always clean and tidy, people pick up after their pets and we never had issues with mail or anything. Maintenance was always on point and we didn't have to wait long for service. We miss it and especially our Manager Stevie! She's Amazing! Always put our needs first and made us feel prioritized. Thank you for everything and sorry it took so long to write this review! -The Granvilles"
"limited parking, we have to park blocks away in the neighborhood because the parking is very limited. It is over a mile and a half to the main street in a neighborhood ares with a 20 MPH speed limit. what a pain. On the good side , the police and fire response is good. They can find us most of the time as we have had several drug over douse and the response times have been good."
