"Lazy management. Supposedly had fixed or replaced gutters, and yet I end up with a lake in my back patio every time it rains. Had a rat problem over the weekend. Call the emergency maintenance line four different times. And no one responded or resolved the problem."
"New management company takes care of the property well, and gets stuff done when it actually needs it. The maintenance guy is pretty well versed, and the manager is newer, but excellent manager."
"Terrible management. Have been assaulted twice by neighbor, loud music playing all through the night. Nothing has been done by management. The grounds are not up kept, kids running around leaving trash everywhere yelling past 11 PM. Horrible place to live and I am currently in the process of a Civil Suit."
"Not a good place to move the management don't care about there attendants the portfolio manager Jason is always unreachable he doesn't return your calls and they don't care about there security of the people who live there think twice before moving here!!!!!"
"Infested with mice, it’s terriable here. The apartment is big, spacious, nice/new appliances, and nice neighbors but you can’t enjoy your own apartment because of the mice infestation. It takes away from how nice the place is, wish they would get it fixed or exterminated."
