"I had a good experience with Bianca on the phone. Very kind and helpful with getting me information. However, they DO NOT ACCEPT PETS and this is not listed online. I was only informed of this when I was unable to schedule a tour. This type of information should definitely be prominently displayed to keep people from wasting their own time as well as the staff’s."

"Ironwood is an amazing place. The manager is happy to address any issue that might come up. She really believes in communicating with the residents. Maintenance is friendly and does an amazing job. The neighbors are all wonderful people."

"I'm currently residing at Ironwood and have been for about 9 months. The property is pretty well maintained with yard maintenance every week and if I have any issues I've been met with a quick response from management. The walls are a little thin but that's common in most apartment complexes. The neighbors seem friendly enough and a small enough community that you don't get overwhelmed with neighbor noise. There have been issues with homeless rifling through the dumpsters as it is right off Barbur, mailboxes being broken into and other inner city issues. But I rent a 2 bedroom townhome with my boyfriend for a great price compared to other complexes, it is perfect size, nicely updated and the application process was pretty effortless (we had all our ducks in a row, no hiccups like there can be) We will be here as long as we can afford it!"

"They are racist. The manager who met me was not such an equal housing representer at all. She denied my application a year ago because of no reason, I provided all the papers even when she asked for a paper from the social office and we did provided that document! I don’t mind paying application fees to any properties but never be racist to your customers!! I am waiting for my lawyer next month so I can see what I should do."

"The manager Michelle and others screwed up our application (split one app into two because there were two resident applications required) and then lied to my face and said they’d called my son (I was co-signer) and said there was trouble with my credit application — which they did not (we have phone records, she never called all week). Then they cancelled our application because they got no response from my company...when all they had to do was call me or my son and tell us here was an issue. (I have a six figure income and had already passed their credit check). Instead, a lie when Michelle realized she made an error and never followed up. No apologies. Glad as hell to not live there if this is an example of their management. BTW Michelle refused to give me her manager’s contact info, always a sign of knowIng you did wrong and you don’t want your boss to know."
