"Love the large style 1 bedroom. Being able to open the sliding glass door to let fresh air in is awesome. Large walk-in closets are not common in most apartments so that is a big plus. Helpful and responsive management team too!"
"Love these apartments. They’re spacious, and in walking distance to everything within the Hawthorne area. Maintenance is always up to date, and the common areas are always maintained. Everyone does their best to accommodate the residence. This is a great place to live."
"The maintenance guy here is great! The one star is for him and him alone. The rest of the staff and management get zero. This place used to be good. Summit realty started raising the rent to unrealistic prices and the quality management went out the door. We had regular homeless people roaming the halls as guests of one of our neighbors. They smoked so many cigarettes inside we could smell it three flights up. Their smell has never completely gone away. I am currently sitting in my apartment with paint fumes known to be extremely toxic. We had no notice of construction or of the use of harmful chemicals. We are sitting here on day 3 of inhalation. This is an obvious lack of concern for health and safty in the building... Update- They canceled another round of spray paint scheduled for the evening before thanksgiving. Our guests are so lucky. So thankful. I found out management relocated a couple tenants for the first round of spray. And why we weren’t all relocated? We all had the same amout of exposure. I just got off the phone with management. All we were given was a 24 hour notice for more spraying of the same chemicals. Their solution? Oh, more fans. I’m starting to taste the airborne chemicals now(for real). If you dig cancer and possible muggings by the homeless neighbors this is your jam!"
