"The owner has spent big bucks renovating, the new property management company is 100% better than the previous one who never fixed anything, Rachel works very hard managing these apartments with Alliance Properties. They look so much nicer now that they are remodeling them."

"I'm a current resident. The apts are nice, good size and fairly priced. However I regret moving here.There is a tenant thats terribly loud and rude. Screaming and cussing all hours. Trashing the front and back of there space. I'm embarrassed to have any company. As they pull in they're going to see all the neighbors garbage. Where they're visiting they'll have to listen to a cruel man verbally abusing his 5yr and beating a 3 mon old puppy. Numerous tenants have complained and nothing is done. There is never a time when yelling isnt coming from that place. The manager is very nice but unfortunately can't help the situation....at all."

"Literally my first apartment in 2001 for $495. Lived there approximately 2 months - cockroaches came up my bath drain and I was like nope! I can’t believe 22 years later these apartments still stand and judging from the reviews - haven’t improved. I was willing to pay $200 more a month at what used to be Clackamas Village (now Avana at Happy Valley) to not have cockroaches. Don’t move here."

"I have lived here 8 years. ever since Princeton got replaced. the management has gone down hill. laundry rooms are always locked during hours of operation. they are spiking the rent on people. there are no amenities in unit. when work orders are put in they can take months to get fixed if they get fixed at all. they are re siding the place multiple renters still dont have access to their yards or balcony's months later. spend the extra cash get a place that has all you want!"

"I lived there in 1983 my first apartment it was only $215 back then. I didn't live there very long. At that time we had cockroaches. I was so glad we didn't have a lease. It's pretty sad 28 years later and nothing changed. I'm really surprised it hasn't been bull dozed."
