"We truly enjoyed living here. This complex is quiet and safe. We never had any issues with noise, crime, etc. The property manager Sheryl and maintenance man Danny are fantastic to work with. If we ever had a maintenance issue, it was addressed and resolved almost immediately. Great place to live!"

"Do not live here! MOLD!! Princeton Property Management recently purchased this complex (and they have awful reviews) but it was trash before. The previous manager was lazy and instead of fixing issues they would just paint over them. We called Princeton Property Management after finding the mold in our unit, they never returned our calls! They wont answer the office door and one gal actually closed the door in my partners face. Unit 64 is not livable! The entire front exterior wall has mold. The Front bedroom closet has it the worse. You can also see the beams through the ceiling. The entire apartment has a black residue on the walls from the mold. There was no fire in our unit, all this black is MOLD. We tried fighting the mold when we found it on the walls but once we realized it was coming through the ceiling beams too we decided to get out. We did not hear from Princeton Property once. Princeton Property Management does not care about their tenants. Do not live here, your health is more important than cheap rent!"
