"BEWARE! Ensure you document all agreements in writing when dealing with this apartment complex. While the on-site management team presents a welcoming front, the overarching company's practices leave much to be desired in terms of integrity and commitment to agreements. My partner and I experienced this firsthand. We had reached an agreement with the complex managers regarding our move-out date, including a prorated rent arrangement, which was initially honored with a signed final statement of accounting before our departure. After moving out, we were mailed an altered statement of accounting with our deposit refund, which we were surprised to find now included a bogus termination fee and no prorate. This was in direct contradiction to our prior arrangement—agreed upon and supposedly finalized with the management. This incident reveals a distressing disconnect between the management's assurances and the company's actions. Upon raising concerns about the discrepancy between the previously signed statement of accounting and the one we received post-move-out, we were met with an unsettling response. The company cited fine print that purportedly grants them the flexibility to modify agreements as they see fit, thereby dismissing the commitments made by their property managers. This stance was taken despite having written email agreements that corroborated our understanding. Unfortunately, due to the lack of a formally signed document on this specific issue, we fear our legal footing may be weak. This experience compels us to caution others about the potential for dishonest and unethical practices within this company. It's a stark reminder of the importance of securing all agreements through formal, signed documentation, not just email confirmations, to protect oneself from unilateral and unfounded changes. We hope our experience serves as a warning to approach dealings with this entity with utmost caution and diligence."

"I've been here for 9 years. I've been through 3 apartment managers. Jess is the most recent manager we've had here. Jess has been a great asset to the apartment complex as a whole. She is very patient, great in her communication skills, and tries to problem solve when and where needed. It is very disappointing to see her go. The next place she goes will be very lucky to have such a kind and understanding person to be working with them. I can only hope the next Manager will be as good as she was. ( Gonna be some huge shoes to fill) Jess, I wish you the best of luck on your next journey."

"Warning ❗️❗️❗️ Please be very careful of applying for this apartment. This apartment and it’s manager Jess is a scam. Read their rent and their lease policy or else you’ll end up paying the price of it. Be aware when you move out , they will charged you for new appliances and the remodel of the place even if you left them in a good condition, you’ll still be charged for it and good luck trying to get the deposit back. Be careful of the Manager there too , she’s very manipulative and a very good liar."
