"This is the worst complex i have ever lived in. Pool hasnt been cleaned or usable in 3 years. Looks like a green pond. Dirty premises. Lights on premises dont go on until 2 hours after dark. Very Dangerous. Cannot see in parking lot walkways stairwells or elevator. Rent was raised 70.00 after 6 months for a 450 square foot apartment. Cannot access mailbox locks on door broken off to access storage area and mail boxes for all tenants. Bad management owners have no respect for this investment. Do not rent here you will regret it."

"Worst experience I've ever had at any apartment complex! Awful place to live. I would never recommend it. Very poor management. Office is never opened when it says it's supposed to be. Assistant onsite manager has young adult children who party at all hours, there is heavy drug users and extremely mentally ill people who live there. I was constantly kept up on nights I had to go to work and needed to sleep. The building is filthy, and we had plumbing problems. Manager is thee most fake backstabbing woman ever, assistant manager is a big huge pile, who lives in filth. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!"

"Poorly managed! Constant disturbances of mentally ill, and drug abusing tenants. No storage available. Pool just got shut down because they refuse to fix it. The building is extremely run down and filthy! Do not waste you're money!"
