"Rude harassing manager. People speeding in parking lot constantly. Can't have visitors with them doing background check and always comes back failed or they lied. Told to leave windows cracked due to mold and humidity"
"Super kind and helpful manager who was extremely quick to respond to all needs. Also really helpful Maintance employee who would always show up super quickly to fix any issues. Very nice and clean apartment with new flooring. We were really thankful for the safety of the dead end street and for how close to the library it was!"
"The grounds are littered with DOG feces. Property Manager is more worried about blaming,spying and screwing tenants then she is about the cleanliness of the property. She spies in bushes behind buildings and takes pictures of everything regardless if your children are in the picture.She has no regard at all for privacy and constantly harassed the kids outside playing. Its bad enough dealing with all the other shenanigans happening in the bushes and back parking lot that you also have to deal with a meddling property manager. I would not be surprised if she retaliates for this post but the truth is the truth.FYI This enigma of a Property Manager is Criss Cross..."
"The property management can't keep a manager around. Every time a manager leaves so does maintenance and we go weeks with out things fixed. The "play ground area" is unsafe. Doesn't have a way for kids to climb on top of it with out them knowing how to due the monkey bars or going up in slide. In the creek on the property there are kneedles on the sides. The apartments next door use ours as a walk threw to the main road so the grass is all ripped up and muddy during the winter and you always have scratchy people walking threw. Every apartment except a hand full need new windows so the windows are cover in mold and the molding is cracking. The mold is now growing down the walls and I was told it's due to me not cleaning yet I bleach it once a month. Lived here for 2 years and live our community but management messes that up for us."
