"Basically I notified 5 months ahead of time that in recommendation from my heart physician, that I needed to relocate to be closer to home care access. I left only 1 month ahead of the end of lease, so Cornerstone ends up dishonored what was already agreed, they marked my credit history so now I can't even apply anywhere without whatever scrappy remarks they left on my credit. They sent my bill directly to collections without bothering to even contact me. They had my email and my number, they knew how reach out. But nope, not the desk dude they had there pretending to be important, so I don't care if my little review bothers this company be cause they sure as heck don't care much about my life."

"My mother in law is an elderly woman and has had issues getting repairs done in a timely manner due to no one hardly ever being in the office. We had an appt with Carter on Saturday September 16th to look at other apts because she wanted to look at a 1 bedroom apt. even though the office is closed on sat this was the day which Carter chose. I came from across town to go on the tours with her and Carter was no where to be found, no phone call to reschedule. We were and are very disappointed with the management. The hallways are soiled with animal waste Which is very unsanitary."

"I just moved into the building relocating After a fire because my last apartment building burned down. I’ve been here for only two weeks and people already starting to steal our packages. I should’ve listen to the reviews about this building. I don’t believe it is safe. Just because your packages make it in and to your front door. Doesn’t mean you won’t have a neighbor that’ll come and steal it."

"I have lived here for over a year and was happy until a pipe in the ceiling burst. It has been 2.5 months and repairs have only just now started. The damages include having a piece of my ceiling removed and the bathroom flooring removed for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS with no notice of when the repairs would happen. The "repairs" have left paint all over my belongings, carpet, fixtures, and running down the walls. I still have not seen any reimbursement for the inconveniences or personal damage. I'm addition, I have told management repeatedly that I am hearing impaired and they need to yell when entering the apartment. I have woken up to repair men in my apartment multiple times because they did not properly announce themselves in accordance with my disability. Not to mention, the area is so dangerous you can't freely walk around after dark. I will be moving as soon as possible."
