"Repeat customer. Left the portfolio for a year and am happy to be back in a well designed, well kept building. Support staff are friendly and responsive. Management team handled some nasty weather episodes over the last year and a half for which they deserve kudos."
"This is an excellent apartment complex - the apartment managers are very responsive to the needs of residents, it is a very clean building, and the location is great - close to Laurelhurst Theater, Whole Foods, food court, and Bamboo Sushi."
"I would strongly encourage you not to live here. Plenty of other generic complexes to choose from. Some notes: - PAPER thin walls. You will hear your neighbors conversations. You will hear every step the person above you takes. Yes, it’s an apartment complex but I’ve lived in many and this was the worst. - BAD tenant relations. Unhelpful throughout, gouged us on ridiculous charges at move out. You can do better."
"My partner and I had moved into the apartments just next door and the have had a majorly bad experience with Anchor NW. We've had a lot of residual noise come from the unit above us. When we talked with new tour agent (because we were trying to move within the property managers) and they suggested calling the security line if our neighbors get loud. We did so. A few days later when we called Jill Clarke she continuously gave us contradictory information and then processed to say "we aren't giving you different information." We had security over here twice and she had said that this last time was the first time they have ever been over to our build for this issue. We were told by our first tour agent that the reason these newly build units had no amenity space or air conditioning was because they poured all the money into noise dampening the walls and floors. That has hasn't been the case for the month or so that we've lived here. We can hear our neighbors above us, as Jill put it, just going about their day with no shoes on and that's supposed to be the above code regulations. We are paying almost 1400 for not even 500 square feet and this is supposed the above standard we were sold. This management group works for a lot of building and we hoped that that would mean that had to have good and establish system of communicating and dealing with issues but that isn't the case. We've been told the situations are a "he said, she said dispute" and that there is nothing they can do but the security guard heard bangs coming from above our unit and this has been a reported issues to them multiple times. We've also been very vocal to our tour agent about this which just shows me that they only look at what's on paper to communicate to each other. Renters Watch out."
