"I love my unit and apartment. The staff has always been welcoming to help out in anyway. Move in was very easy and they worked to make sure it fit my timeline. I would give this complex a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for no AC, bad parking, and the mass amounts of human/dog feces directly outside the complex. Regardless, so far a great landlord and the Amazon package system downstairs is a huge plus. I’d still recommend this place to anyone!"
"As anything in life there’re ups and down. The upside of the Alexander apartments are: • Clean building • Bars, restaurants, dog park, specialize gyms, and other activities within walking distance. • Fresh baked bread morning and nights from the bakery • No breed restrictions Now the downsides include: •Parking! It’s a four story building with about 20 parking spaces in the garage, so majority of tenants use street parking. Parking at night it a nightmare. At times you gotta park a couple blocks away. Also, individuals will receive parking tickets if they are in two hours only and/or in a no park zone. Patrol drives around at night and ticket you if you park illegally. The complex doesn’t warn new tendency’s about this. If you do ask they most likely say parking good, that’s because it is during the day. • After submitting in a maintenance order it takes about two weeks for them to come out."
"I've lived here over two years now and continue to enjoy it! The building is kept clean, kept safe, well maintained, and the location is very quite nice! There are slim amenities here, but you can find some reasonable pricing because of such!"
"Worst place I've ever lived in. It looks great, and that's it. 1. You WILL hear your neighbors talk, walk, have sex, the toilet flush, the shower, all of it. 2. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. 3. The place is so cheaply made for the price they charge. You will hear the cars on the side roads and you will hear every car door opens and closes. 4. All balconies and windows are cheap and they let hot and cold air in, as well as noise. My electricity bill is as much as I used to pay in 950 sq.ft apartment. 5. Tenants have more than two pets and they don't pick up after their pets. It is no unusual to smell animal waste on weekly basis. Neighbors above me kept doing exercises and installing hardware at 9 and 10 pm. I complained like 10 times and the management answer was "get a third party conformation - police or security. How would I get that if the noise is intermittent but keeps repeating every hour! I pay $1300+ for 400 sq.ft, while other places offer way more for the same price."
