"The first thing I’d like to say is that Carrie and Katie have gone above and beyond for myself and my partner. We were in a seriously rough situation and they not only listened with an empathetic ear, they worked so hard to help us and get us settled into a new apartment. Initially, we moved into a 2 bedroom at the Parker in March of 2023. The previous owners were not helpful and often weren’t competent. But the new management is amazing and Katie and Carrie specifically have gone out of their way to help us transfer to a one bedroom apartment. I cannot say enough good things about them. Not only were they amazing with their knowledge and helpful guidance, but they are so funny and friendly and they made us feel so comfortable. I’m so grateful to them for everything! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"

"I've lived here since 2019 when the building was owned by Greystar and has now been replaced with Waterton. There has been an adjustment period while they get a handle on everything, but the effort that the new management group and maintenance workers has been a staggering difference between the old company. When things go wrong, they're transparent and will email everyone and what they intend to do to prevent it from happening in the future, they set meetings inviting everyone in the community room to discuss concerns, and if you have a problem they'll take it very serious and help you with it. They're friendly and personable and I really enjoy living here. I prefer this building out of others in the area specifically because of their kitchen area. It has a lot of counter space and is U shaped so I feel like I can properly cook versus some of the smaller kitchens against the wall in an open layout in other buildings. Other pros are you can't really hear anything from other units when you're in your apartment, I'd say the biggest con is when you're walking down the hall you can hear EVERYBODY in their apartment, but it's only when in the hall. So if you feel like singing, your neighbors won't hear you, but they'll hear you if walking down the hall. Either way, I really enjoy this apartment building, and I think the new management has been an improvement, even if there's been a little bit of growing pains as they get adjusted here. Katie and Carrie in the office are really wonderful and I can't say that enough."

"I have been around the block, and have never encountered property managers who were so attentive, caring, and kind. Truly exceptional treatment from the staff has made my two months here a pleasure. It feels like home. Well done, Parker Management! Lots of nice features to this building: courtyard, community room, fitness center, Amazon hub, large windows, pretty soundproof, and classy exterior. As an older person, I feel quite comfortable here."

"My visit to The Parker was fantastic! The lobby's beauty immediately caught my eye, setting the tone for the entire experience. The amenities were not only clean but also well organized, reflecting careful attention to detail. Seeing the apartments in person was a pleasant surprise – they felt much larger with a great amount of storage, and more inviting than I expected. What truly made the tour exceptional was the warm reception from the staff. The Assistant Manager Carrie was not only kind but also incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions with ease. Even the Community Manager Katie took the time to greet us personally before our tour, showcasing a genuine sense of community and hospitality. I highly recommend touring The Parker Apartments – a great community with a welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit!"
