"I’m a recent resident, I moved back in August and it isn’t my first apartment, but every point in applying and moving was absolutely seamless. I have been in some not so great apartments and some nice ones and this place is so nice and I really am beside myself how easy and quick it was getting set up. Granted, I only moved from up the street, but the entire process and the neighborhood could’ve made it worse, but it made it the absolute best experience and hopefully the last! Sarah has been the kindest and most understanding in helping me with the move and afterward. "I moved in several years ago and gave a security deposit out of my own money alone, then had roommates move in much later. When I moved out recently I was given a check for my deposit with all tenants names listed who had lived there. I tried to correct this and was told It could not be corrected. I now have a check I cannot cash because it has the names of four people on it, two of which I cannot locate. Please fix this issue and I will change my review to reflect this."
