"So far from what I can see from the new management, they are working very hard to improve the looks of the complex. There are a lot of changes in store. Empty units have been updated. Managers are working hard to make a community. My main concerns are the units that have been filled for years, and were told by the past managers that either things worked fine, or it was our job to take care of it, (except broken appliances- those were replaced)."
