Camille House

"We had a WONDERFUL time at this very unique and inviting retreat. We stayed in The Cowboy Room EnSuite. The detail and craftmanship put into the room was only enhanced when chatting with the hosts and learning the history of items in the room. The location is centrally located to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We would HIGHLY recommend to others and will definitely be repeat guests!"

"Beautiful and so unique! Such wonderful hosts! I could not believe the meticulous artistry put into the creation and design of each room in the Camille House. We stayed in the “Cowboy” room since my husband is a Cowboy at heart and he almost died when we stepped into our room. Completely western! Everything from the bed to the bathroom to the toilet paper holder to the walls and the ceiling...everything had a western touch! Jeff, the host, was kind enough to show us the other two rooms he has designed and I have not seen this kind of skill and beauty in any air bnb where we have stayed in the past ten years! He has also designed a French Room, and an Asian Room. In each room you literally feel like you stepped back in time to that exact era. Amazing and to think Jeff did all the work himself! And what a beautiful story about how he named the Camille House after his mother and dedicated it to her at the beginning of her fight with Alzheimer’s. He even has a gorgeous painting of her at the entrance of the home, so sweet! And on a side note Jeff was so friendly and helpful. He recommend his favorite restaurants and wineries and we were very impressed with each one! Thanks to Jeff and the Camille House we had an absolutely wonderful visit in Walla Walla!"

"Who could give a bad review for this place? I don't know what these Saoud and "Nut Case" reviews are talking about, but the reviews on google are not what you'll find on AirBnB for this place. A contact on the ground? Jesus dude, get over yourself. And, cleaning leather doesn't sound all that complicated to me. Maybe that Saoud guy and "Nut Case" want to stay in completely stainless steel rooms to calm their cleanliness particulars. I can't stand folks that post vindictive bad reviews that's completely the opposite of what you'll experience here. This place, and the Super Host, Jeff, are outstanding. Once you stay in any of these rooms (I've stayed in all three rooms over the course of years), you'll not only want to stay nowhere else, you'll be hard-pressed to pick which room and experience you'll want when you do stay."

"The room was not clean. When I spoke with Jeffery about it he basically became very accusatory. I would NOT recommend staying here. They have a nice tub but how are they cleaning leather during the times of COVID? I found a used contact lens on the floor and reported. All I got in response was that the room had been cleaned. Regardless of where it came from, something had not been cleaned properly. I had to reach out for a 2nd bath robe when he knew 2 people were staying in the room. The amenities in the room were very lacking as well. Overall would not recommend. There are a ton of cute spaces near by that are also cheaper. Check out the fat duck inn a couple of blocks away. Cheaper. Better amenities and a much nicer host."
