"My two sisters reside at Lions Gate, Walla Walla, and immediate assistance was needed for one sister who slipped to the floor in her apartment. I (third sister) was not able to lift her. Patrick has been filling in as manager for the week of October 30-November 3rd, and was absolutely outstanding in coming to my aid. His positive attitude, humor and enthusiasm made such a difference in making my sister comfortable and relieving my stress. He offered any assistance necessary for the rest of the week that he will be working at the apartments. Weidner Apartments has a gold-star employee! I couldn't thank him enough for being there with good cheer, great attitude and above all, resolving my dilemma. I would like to add an additional 5 star comment for Don, the maintenance staff member. I have known him for over three years when my sisters moved into Lion's Gate Apartments, Walla Walla. I have not met too many people like Don, who is always cheery, a great laugh, always ready to help with any issue. My two sisters have needed physical assistance on occasion and he is always there with a smile and great attitude. Don is a valuable member of the Lion's Gate staff, I'm sure all the residents love him. I pray he doesn't plan to retire any time soon, he's a five star employee!"
