"Moved in a year ago: not good various areas in the apartment that had black mold. Air quality is very poor in the apartments as well ; Not maintenance at all. If you want to see the mold for yourself look around the windows inside and outside the apartments you can see that black mold rotting away at the walls."

"DONT waste your time here. We got our unit smelling horribly misty/filthy unit not to mentioned the carpet was so filthy with heavy FEET SMELL, because I am a Community Manager myself is why i knew the do's/don'ts. Fought with them to get new carpet which took 3 months. Gave me an infested cockroach unit. Took like 2 months to get rid or them. Gave me a unit that was dusty and not cleaned anyways they wanted to charge me over $1700 in move out costs don't let them keep your money. I contacted a landlord/tenant lawyer and they gave me some of my deposit back but not only after they received my lawyers letter. HORRIBLE COMPANY & EMPLOYEES NOT TO MENTION SPIDER MANN THE REGIONAL MANAGER WHO SHOULDNT BE MANAGING!!!"

"Since Michelle took over as apartment manager the whole complex has changed and for the better! It's always kept clean and quiet. Landscaping is great and the back apartments have a great view! Very friendly, helpful, and very nice. Highly recommended."

"Management has always been extremely helpful! Whenever we needed extra time for rent the worked with us. Any time we've had any problems they took care of it as soon as possible! There was a roach scare, but I have lived here over a year and I've never seen one! They followed all precautions though made tenants leave apartments while pest control made their rounds. We have yet to hear about the situation since!"

"Nice complex. But I'm being forced out by German Roaches. Management won't let anyone who moves in know, and frankly it's disgusting how Diversified property management treats their tenant's. They question your intelligence, and shoot down serious issues you bring up, and don't care about you, just your money. I would save your money and look elsewhere. They are trying to sweep the cockroach situation under the rug, and not taking the proper procedures to completely rid the buildings of them. BEWARE. The back buildings have them."
