"No overnight guest parking unless you talk to the management. Enters your apartment without 24 hour notice. Trash areas always dirty. No receipts for Utility charges. Management clearly doesn’t care about the curb appeal of the property"
"I've lived here for 2 years now. It's very conflicting to write a review regarding these apartments, I actually really like the ladies in the office. The property rules and amenities have gone way down hill tho. It lists on the website that there is ping-pong table...I've never seen one. There's an area for residents to hold an event with a kitchen....also have never seen that. There is infact a kitchen but it's definitely heavily used by the ladies in the office. They tore down the playground which I still feel upset about seeing as my young child frequently played there. Now we have to travel to go to a playground. It lists a waterfall....not much of an amentity...it's the little waterfall for the stone sign out front on the busy street so its not like your child could go to it. Lastly the parking is HORRENDOUS!!!!! If you have an overnight guest that parks in a guest spot they WILL tow them, 100%! So now there are an abundance of guest parking spots that can't even be used. It makes ZERO sense. Residence have to have stickers to park in their own spots that are actually included in your rental agreement. Which then can turn into a civil matter if they tow you out of your own spot. So then your gusts are forced to park on the street which is now saturated with cars. You can longer drive two cars at the same time down the road. You have to pull off and wait for cars to clear. This had also lead to ppl squatting on the public road to blend in with the endless amount of guest cars. Which leads to drugs and crime, and it has, my car insurance has sky rocketed. I was hit 3 seperate times last year in the same car by someone trying to crowd and bully me out of my lane or me risk hitting a parked car. I had to give up on the car and buy a new car all entirely over parking here. Both my old and new car have been attempted to be broken into and both times I caught them and chased them off (the mailboxes also were broken into). A guests car had a malfunctioning alarm on it and instead of the owner addressing the issue, they parked it on the street and let the car alarm intermittently go off all night. I had to call the cops for almost a month solid and the cops never did a thing. I no longer have guests over due to this embarrassing situation. It's terrible to tell your guest to park on a now unsafe and saturated street (good luck finding an opening on the weekends) then walk to find your apartment when there's an abundance of open guest spots. I have inquired about a guest pass before and the answer was less than accommodating. I have also had my rent raised to almost $1300 a month but they've taken away the amenities. There are also no tree's anymore. The ice storm (to nobody's fault) destroyed most all of them but, nothing was ever replanted. It's just bare and blank now. Lastly, prepare for the garbage areas to be a vile destroyed area. 10/10 times there are always large pieces of furniture being shoved in the dumpsters, queen size mattresses, electronics, I even saw a full size office desk somehow picked up and dropped in, there's always mysterious liquids all over the ground and garbage thrown everywhere. Due to these items being tossed in theres hardly ever room for actual garbage bags. Again, the ladies in the office are great. Handy man is timely and adequite on fixes. The grounds itself needs TLC and things need to change. Buying a home is no longer an option for some of us so apartment living has turned very long term and over $1k a month should offer us more than this. Location is quiet and central to Keizer Station and grocery shopping."
"Nicely kept and maintained complex. Clean and sizable. Parking is hugely inconvenient for both guests and residents, there are very noisy children at all times, and a general feeling of unfriendliness from staff. There is little cell phone service in the units (Verizon), so you have to invest in a mobile tower or drive to make calls. WiFi sometimes works. There are no amenities (apparently a workout room but it has been closed for the past year - also a laundry that sometimes works). There has been a noticeable difference since I moved in a year ago with the management and handling in general, therefore I will not be renewing the lease. The complex is central to River Road, and I5. Location here is key, I would recommend something on the outskirts - away from common areas if you like quiet. Overall, it’s a decent value."
"There is no pool, don't let the picture fool you. Here's my honest review, please take into account that I have edited this review a couple of times in the year that I have been here. It's been up and down. I am happy to live here, but it isn't perfect. The apartments are large (at Nolan Ridge) and it's nice here. Good neighbors, quiet streets that are safe for kids, and decent maintenance people that are quick to fix whatever problems you may have. The clubhouse is ok, it has TV and internet access, it has a ping pong table, and a little workout facility, as well as a kitchen and plenty of space to host a small party. The service at the leasing office is good. Shari is finally gone, so it's WAY better than it used to be. All around it's an ok apartment complex. Worth the asking rate, but barely. Thanks for reading."
